IMPORTANT NOTICE

Motorcycle riding involves inherent risks. Operating a motorcycle in unfamiliar environments, including varying road and weather conditions, may result in serious injury, death, or material damage.

By booking and participating in a Prime Rides tour, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

1. PARTIES & LEGAL FRAMEWORK

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Prime Rides / BeGo Colombia SAS and the Participant / Customer.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

• Guided motorcycle tours
• Travel coordination and logistics
• Rental motorcycle facilitation
• Experience-based travel services

3. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

The Company works with independent third-party providers and is not liable for their acts, omissions, delays, failures, or damages.

4. BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

• Reservations subject to availability
• Non-refundable deposit required
• Full balance due before tour start

5. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be granted at Company discretion.

6. MOTORCYCLE USE & RENTAL

A valid motorcycle license is required. Rental providers may impose separate agreements.

7. INSURANCE

Participants must obtain their own medical, travel, and evacuation insurance.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participation is entirely at the Participant’s own risk. The Company is not liable for injuries, losses, damages, or third-party actions.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company is not liable for events beyond its control including weather, disasters, pandemics, strikes, or civil unrest.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
